Alias management

Create, pause, resume, or delete — each alias shows total forwards and current status. Set a custom prefix, randomize a human-looking one, or leave blank for auto-assignment.

How attachments are handled: three size tiers

Based on total message size (body + attachments). The server applies rules automatically — nothing to configure.

50 – 100MB Forward only, no retention

Entire message including attachments still forwards to your real inbox, but the site archive drops attachments — no download in the detail view.

Messages over 100MB are refused on the server — not forwarded, not archived; the sender gets a bounce.

Can senders see my real email when mail arrives at an alias?
No. They only ever see the alias address. Forwarding happens on EmailFW servers — your real inbox never appears in any outward-facing step. Unless you reply from your real account, it stays hidden.
What happens to mail sent to a paused alias?
While paused, mail to that alias is dropped outright: not forwarded, not archived, and not recoverable. Ideal when a subscription starts spamming you — resume forwarding with one click anytime.
Can I recover mail that failed to forward?
Yes. Every message is kept in the 30-day online archive. Items marked Forward failed can be read in full there, or you can tap Retry forward to deliver them to your real inbox again.
Do forwarding aliases cost money? Is there a limit?
Completely free. Each account can create up to 100 aliases, with quota usage visible in the console. Deleting an alias frees the slot immediately so you can create a new one.
