1. Acceptance
By visiting emailfw.com or using any feature (temp mail or permanent forwarding), you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, please stop using the service.
2. What we provide
- Temp mail:No registration required—a disposable address is created automatically and mail is shown in the browser until the address expires and is destroyed.
- Permanent forwarding:Sign in with a one-time code sent to your real email, create aliases, and have mail forwarded to your real inbox with a 30-day online archive.
- The service is receive-only—no send, reply, or broadcast capability.
- Everything is provided free of charge; there is no paywall.
3. Product rules at a glance
These numbers are fixed product rules and match what you see across the site:

4. Acceptable use
You may use EmailFW for any lawful privacy purpose. The following are explicitly prohibited:
- Illegal activity including fraud, harassment, or distributing malware;
- Circumventing bans, limits, or anti-abuse systems on third-party platforms, including mass account registration;
- Automated high-frequency requests that degrade service for others;
- Receiving or storing content that violates applicable law.
Violations may result in suspension of addresses, aliases, or accounts without prior notice.
5. Service limits
- Messages over 100MB total are rejected at the server;
- Mail classified as spam is not forwarded (you can review it in the archive and report false positives);
- Mail sent to a paused alias is discarded and cannot be recovered;
- As a free service we aim for reliability but do not guarantee uptime or delivery timing (see section 8).
6. Accounts & security
- Forwarding accounts are tied to your real email; signing in with a valid code creates an account on first use;
- Protect your email and devices—actions taken with a valid code or active session are treated as yours;
- If you enable 2FA, keep your authenticator entry safe; if you lose access, contact support@emailfw.com to verify ownership.
7. Intellectual property
The EmailFW name, marks, page design, and original site content belong to us. Rights in mail you receive remain with the original senders; we store and display it only as a technical intermediary.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that every message will be received or forwarded;
- Temp mail is destroyed on expiry—do not use it for banks, payments, or other critical accounts; password-reset mail will be lost and that risk is yours;
- We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use or inability to use the service.
9. Changes & termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. If the forwarding service is shut down entirely, we will post notice on the site so you can export or reroute important mail.
10. Changes to these terms
When terms change, the “Last updated” date will change; significant changes will be highlighted on the site. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
